NF-κB-Luc荧光素酶报告基因质粒(NF-κB luciferase reporter plasmid)是钰博生物自主研发的用于检测NF-κB转录活性水平为目的的报告基因。NF-κB基因在炎症反应、免疫应答和抑制细胞凋亡等方面有着重要的作用。
NF-κB荧光素酶报告基因(报告基因质粒)主要应用于NF-κB信号通路的研究和基于NF-κB信号通路的药物研究以及癌细胞中NF-κB的调控机制的研究。
pGMNF-ΚB-Lu是钰博生物改造后的哺乳动物真核表达载体,在其多克隆位点插入了多个NF-κB结合位点,可以高灵敏度地检测NF-κB的激活水平。同时,对载体中预测出的其它转录因子以外的结合位点进行了适当的突变,增加了质粒的转录因子结合特异性。另外,由于质粒体积减小,使得NF-κB报告基因质粒更易于转染。

使用说明
1)pGMNF-Κb-Lu可以采用常规转染方法转染哺乳动物细胞。用荧光素酶检测试剂盒或双荧光素酶检测试剂盒进行检测。
2)TNF-α、IL-1β和LPS等是常见的NF-κB激活剂,可作为NF-κB报告基因的阳性对照。
